The 1st Floor has been successfully acquired on behalf of City Socialising Ltd by Newton Perkins. The social media firm have relocated from Southwark. The floor totalled 1,500 sq ft and the rent agreed was £17.50psf based on a 5 year lease. The relocation follows the emerging trend for IT based firms to be situated around Old Street, now know as the ‘Silicon Roundabout’.
