In Costar Group's 2013 Agency Awards, Newton Perkins partner Roger Weaver has been voted Dealmaker of the Year "for his sterling work on behalf of Kiln and Liberty Mutual at 20 Fenchurch Street."
Simultaneously the firm has been ranked the 4th most active by occupier acquisition activities and 5th by number of leasing instructions.
