As part of a global expansion, serviced office group i2 Office has recently announced that it has agreed deals for three more London offices. This brings its total of space in the UK to over 500,000 sq ft, an impressive feat considering the company’s age (it started 4 years ago).
The new serviced offices are high-profile and will no doubt add prestige to the company’s offering. They include 23,000 sq ft in Wigmore Street and 22,000 sq ft in Hanover Square, both located in the West End. A further 10,500 sq ft has been taken at 6 Mitre Passage, located in Greenwich.
