Worried By Rising Rents In The City?

The latest figures from EGi’s property research and information house show that nearly 1m sq ft was placed under offer in Q2 2014 in the City of London; the highest level of quarterly activity since its heady pre-recession peak in 2008.

With forecasters predicting at least 12 months of constrained supply levels it can be expected that landlords will seek to agree higher rents and lower leasing inducements on new lettings, lease renewals or rent reviews.
