Having won a “top 5” award in 2014 from CoStar Group for our City letting work the Estates Gazette’s newly released quarterly London office market analysis has ranked Newton Perkins in the top 5 most active City letting agents; and as the highest placed specialist City agency.
The EG also compiled a list of the best performing office letting agents across the whole of London in 2014. Despite competing against firms with 2 (and sometimes 3!) Central London offices Newton Perkins’ City team increased its position by 7 places over the previous year to rank 16th, the highest jump of any agency team.
