Newton Perkins has just received instructions to let vacant space in two City office buildings on behalf of Marcol Group and Brookfield Properties. Marcol has instructed Newton Perkins on surplus space coming up in 85 Gracechurch St EC3 whilst Brookfield has instructed Newton Perkins on 65-68 Leadenhall Street EC3.
