Allianz has sub-let two floors totalling 21,000 sq ft in their 120,000 sq ft Central City Headquarter building at 60 Gracechurch Street, EC3 to Japanese insurance company, Tokio Marine. The rent agreed was in excess of £50.00 per sq ft.
Newton Perkins advised Allianz in the letting.
