Today’s report outlines objections to the Singaporean developer’s planned 73 storey 1m sq ft office and retail building adjacent to the recently completed and fully occupied “Cheesegrater” building on Leadenhall Street and W R Berkley’s “Scalpel” development which is under construction in Lime Street opposite Lloyds.
