One of EC3’s premier complexes is set for a significant makeover.
Owners Delancey and LRC are reported in today’s City AM to have received planning consent for re-modelling the 5 acre Royal Mint Court campus to provide 5 office buildings with over half a million sq feet of offices plus 50,000 ft of shops, restaurants and cafes.
The aim is to create conventional offices alongside tech style space (as discussed in our article on TMT trends), one of the first complexes in EC3 to provide this option.
Newton Perkins has acted over many years in Royal Mint Court for former occupiers including mitsui OSK Lines Ltd, ETC Venues, precise Media, Andrew Weir & Company, AWS Shipping and Qube Software.
