Newton Perkins is pleased to announce two new lettings at 8
Lloyds Avenue, EC3, a newly refurbished office building in the City of London’s
insurance heartland.
Legal software firm Aderant has agreed to occupy the 3rd floor comprising 3,319 sq ft of space; whilst financial firm CFH Clearing has taken the 4th floor of 3,040 sq ft. Both are paying a rent equivalent to £55 per sq ft.
