Following our report earlier this week, the City of London Planning committee has approved the 1 Leadenhall, EC3 development.
The 37-storey tower can now go ahead and will form part of Brookfield's London pipeline along with 100 Bishopsgate, EC2, London Wall Place, EC2, and Principal Place, EC2.
