According to a Business survey by the Confederation of
British Industry, businesses in London are more enthusiastic about the future,
the Evening Standard reports.
2016 was a year of great upheaval with only 4% of businesses surveyed showing optimism about the future; however, the most recent figures indicate that this has increased to 19%.
as previously reported, London remains strong despite the uncertain political situation caused by “Brexit” vote and the US Presidential elections; and the expected mass exodus of businesses from the capital has not materialised, with 54% of firms planning to definitely remain in London according to the survey.
