Construction firm Skanska has put its landmark Monument
Building, EC3 up for sale according to a recent report.
A price of £130 million is being sought for the building which let up less than a year after completion, reflecting a yield of 4.61%.
Just one floor remains in the 10 storey building, which is located on Monument Street, adjacent to the eponymous monument to the great fire of London.
