According to a recent report, the famous “Walkie Talkie” building could be sold, with Hong Kong’s Lee Kum Group looking at making a £1.2 billion offer for the EC3 office building.
While 50% of the development was originally for sale, joint owner Land Securities is thought to have also agreed to sell its half share of the development.
If the deal goes ahead it would surpass the £1.15 billion purchase of the “Cheesegrater” building at 122 Leadenhall Street, EC3.
