New plans have recently been submitted for a 735,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the City of London, according to a report from Costar.
3 developers are involved in the plan; development manager CORE along with Manford Properties and Great Elm Assets.
The planned development would be located on the existing sites of 20 Ropemaker Street, 101-117 Finsbury Pavement and 10-12 Finsbury Street, all of which fall within the EC2 postal district and are within the purview of Islington Council.
If approved, the building will consist of a mixed use, office-led scheme over 27 floors and covering an area of one acre. 710,000 sq ft will be given over to office space with a further 23,000 sq ft for retail and SME use.
