Property firm Mitsui Fudosan, along with its development partner Stanhope, has successfully completed four new lettings at the prestigious Angel Court EC2, according to a recent report.
The lettings, totalling over 30,000 sq ft, are a sign of the desirability of this new building, a landmark new development in the City of London, one of only two office tower buildings completed in the City of London this year. Having completed in March, the building is already 60% let. The latest new occupiers include Petrobras Europe and Delphi Technologies. Petrobras will occupy 4,300 sq ft on the 9th floor while Delphi has taken 9,000 sq ft on the 10th floor.
All four of the new occupiers have relocated to the City of London from premises outside the City; a testament to the continuing strength of the City of London office market and the desirability of new developments such as Angel Court.
