Newton Perkins has learned that Resolution Property has agreed the purchase of Triton Court, EC2. Consisting of 210,000 square feet, it is being sold by HSH Nordbank for a sum of £43 miilion.
Resolution intend to re-develop the building, transforming it into a centre for technology and media. The location of Triton Court just to the South of Old Street roundabout makes this an ideal location for such a development.
