CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, recently announced the recipients of the year-end CoStar Awards, recognising the UK’s most active commercial real estate agencies for their cumulative deals across calendar year for 2021.
We are delighted to report that In London’s City market, Newton Perkins has been awarded the No.1 spot in the category for the ‘Most Active Single Branch Agency - Acquisitions & Disposals (Total No. of Deals)’, for deals completed in 2021. This included significant transactions such as the letting of the whole 4th floor at 20 Gracechurch Street (26,895 sf) to Hannover Services Ltd, the letting of the whole 1st floor at 33 Gracechurch Street (15,348 sf) to SPF Private Clients and the disposal of the whole of 1 Whittington Avenue (40,250 sf) on behalf of the City of London Corporation.
In addition to topping the tables in this category, Newton Perkins also made it into the top 5 spot, in 4 out of 5 of the winning categories for the City of London Market, including Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals (Total Sq Ft) (Position - 4th), Most Active Acquisition Agent (Total S/F) (Position – 5th) and Most Active Disposal Agent (Number Deals) (Position – 4th).
