Both the 2nd and 3rd floors have now been leased to BT Communications Limited, comprising a total of 14,397 sq ft.
This follows successful lettings of the 4th floor (7,147 sq ft) to Gaws of London and 5th floor (5,308 sq ft) to Partner Reinsurance, totalling 26,852 sq ft of new lettings since the building was launched in 2023.
6 Gracechurch Street underwent a comprehensive refurbishment throughout, designed by award-winning architects, HÛT. This included a redesign and refurbishment of the building reception, new bicycle racks, end-of-trip showers and changing rooms, as well as a complete refurbishment of the 2nd – 5th floors providing a mixture of both new Cat A and new Cat B office space.
Newton Perkins were involved in the initial design process, marketing and eventual letting of the available floors, resulting in a fantastic result for our client and a fully let building within 9 months of the practical completion date and subsequent building launch.
