Following the successful letting of the 4th floor to Lifebit all four floors in 28 Threadneedle Street are now fully let!
Joint agents Newton Perkins and Allsop LLP have successfully let all four floors to four new tenants. This followed a successful marketing campaign showcasing the newly installed ‘Landlord Cat B’ provision throughout the building. The fit-out and finishes resonated with occupiers looking for high-quality office space in close proximity to Bank Station and the Bank of England.
The result was a fully let building within 12 months of NP’s appointment and within 4 months of the practical completion date, on the rolling refurbishment, of each floor throughout the building.
