Construction at 70 Mark Lane, EC3 can finally commence after insurance giant Miller went under offer at the site; the 86,000 square foot development’s construction had been stalled since December 2011.
Negotiations are underway between Miller and Mitsui Fudosan to take the lower half of the building, for a period of between 10 and 15 years at a rent of £55 per square foot. The building is due to complete in 2014.
