This is a prime Midtown property and CLS has unveiled plans for the refurbishment covering lower ground, ground, first and second floors. This will provide high-specification, Grade 'A', air-conditioned accomodation totalling 3,433 sq m.
The planning application also includes the provision of 8 residential apartments within the front portion of the first and second floors of the existing office space.
