Newton Perkins has acted for Muller Professional Services Ltd and Credit Suisse Asset Management in lettings at Plantation Place South, 60 Great Tower Street EC3, ahead of the completion of refurbishment works. Axis Speciality Europe Limited has taken 9,135 sq ft on the first floor and Beazley Management Limited has signed for 18,986 sq ft on the second floor.
The 10 storey building, close to Fenchurch Street, comprises 161,000 sq ft of office and retail space. Plantation Place was developed by Sir John Ritblat when chief executive of British Land.
