Fantastic to get this over the line and secure a fully let building for Brookfield Properties.
Newton Perkins were initially tasked with leasing the pt. 8th floor (7,337 sq ft) and latterly the whole 14th floor (13,643 sq ft), within this iconic EC3 building.
Following a successful marketing campaign, the team secured Rebecco Asset Management on the pt.8th floor in Q1 2024 and exchanged with ABI on the 14th floor, in Q4 2024.
