Great Portland Estates has sold its share in the 100 Bishopsgate Tower, EC3, to Brookfield.
Ther share amounted to 37.5% of the total and has been sold for £47.2 milion. The sale will allow GPE to focus its attention on projects in the West End including those at Rathbone Place and Hanover Square.
Planning consent at 100 Bishopsgate was acquired in 2011 for a 948,600 sq ft mixed use development including offices and retail units, as well as a further 49,600 sq ft building for offices.
