Our client, Aviva, has agreed terms with Travelodge and are on site building a new 111 bedroom hotel adjacent to Regal House and the station. Works are due to complete and the hotel open its doors by the end of January 2012. The 130,000 sq ft building is managed by Newton Perkins.
