According to a latest report in the Insurance Times, the iconic Lloyd’s of London building is rumoured to be close to being sold to Matrix Property Management Fund for a sum in the region of £290 million. Lloyd’s originally developed the Richard Rogers designed building and have occupied since 1986, holding a lease with a break clause in 2021.
