Newton Perkins are instructed on the ongoing leasing campaign of 10 Lower Thames Street, EC3.

The building comprises over 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation and therefore experiences a steady churn of tenants and availability. Since our involvement, leasing activity has picked up significantly with close to 30,000 sq ft being let in 2019.

Following a substantial refurbishment of the reception (including a new ground floor café) and some floors/units, we have introduced an eclectic mix of occupiers, including Prospect Insurance Brokers, Olivetree Financial, Engineering UK, SIP Communications and Campaign Monitor Group.
