Newton Perkins was instructed to assist the marketing campaign on PPS, alongside the incumbent agents, following a long period of vacancy during a challenging period for the property market.

The building comprises over 150,000 sq ft of office accommodation with approximately 25% vacancy upon our instructions. Newton Perkins swiftly acted to introduce three separate tenants bringing the building up to 100% occupancy.

Our team were also successful in introducing a tenant which quickly wished to expand within the building, allowing us to agree a further off-market deal which mitigated the risk of another floor becoming vacant.

In total, NP have transacted c.50,000 sq ft of lettings (4 deals) since our recent instruction.
