Newton Perkins was solely instructed to acquire a freehold building in the City of London on behalf of The Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA), for the purposes of its own occupation as well as an investment.

We successfully identified and introduced 17 Devonshire Square, EC2 as an off-market purchase opportunity. The building had recently been comprehensively refurbished and offered c.22,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office accommodation. 

Being c.70% let, the building allowed our client to benefit from existing income and also provided enough vacant space for its own occupation.

Following the successful purchase, Newton Perkins’ agency team quickly leased the remaining vacant space which was surplus to requirements.

We are also trusted with the ongoing property and asset management of the building, ensuring that it is run effectively/efficiently and that the asset value is maintained/enhanced as much as possible.
