Over many years, Newton Perkins has been tasked to ensure the smooth running of UIB’s 40,000 sq ft Mansell Street Headquarters in Aldgate.  Our facilities management role extends from maintaining the full functionality of the air-conditioning and lifts through to providing professional, highly presentable security and managing the sub-tenant’s occupations.
