Costain – Site Office

Newton Perkins advises Costain on their national property portfolio. Costain is the UK’s leading infrastructure solutions company with around £1.5bn in revenue and c.3750 employees. 

Most recently, we successfully navigated the Valuation Office Agency’s Check Challenge Appeal process (CCA) for their site premises in Crick, Northamptonshire.  The original Rateable Value was £106,000 prior to our involvement, however, we successfully achieved a reduction of c.70% to £31,750 – providing our client with a saving of c.£100,000 over the 2017 Rating List.
