Newton Perkins was instructed to advise BMS on its outstanding rent reviews on several floors at 1 America Square, EC3.

The Landlord had sought a substantial increase on the current passing rent which was strongly contested through extensive market research, inspections and negotiations.

We were ultimately successful in reducing the overall increase by over £1.3million pounds (from the Landlord’s proposal) throughout the review period.
