Newton Perkins recently completed 2 whole floor deals within the subject building. The first, was the disposal of existing Tenant space on the whole 5th Floor (26,343 sq ft), on behalf of Riverstone International. Newton Perkins successfully negotiated and delivered an assignment of Riverstone’s existing lease for a term up to June 2024. With the incoming assignee also benefitting from the lease being held inside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act.

The second, was the acquisition of the whole 4th floor (c.26,000 sq ft) on behalf of Hannover Re. Newton Perkins was appointed by Hannover Re to source a new office premises within the City of London, with preference of location being within the recognised insurance district.

Following comprehensive reporting and numerous inspections, NP secured the 4th floor within this landmark office building. Our negotiations, on both the assignment of the 5th floor and new letting of the 4th floor, led to significant financial savings for both sets of clients.
